Every workspace draws from your organization's shared 6 TB pool. You can give a workspace a storage limit so one client cannot use the whole pool.

Two settings

  • Limit (ceiling): the most that workspace can store.

  • Reservation: space held back for that workspace so other workspaces cannot use it.

A workspace with no limit draws from the shared pool and is shown as pooled in the hub.

Steps

  1. Open the workspace hub.

  2. On the client workspace, choose Assign limit.

  3. Enter Assign storage in GB or TB, or leave it empty for no limit.

  4. Save.

Setting a storage amount in the hub both caps and reserves it.

Rules

  • Only the organization owner can assign storage.

  • The limit cannot be lower than what the workspace already stores. Choose a larger amount.

  • The limit cannot be more than your account's pool.

  • A reservation needs unreserved space. If other workspaces already use too much, you will be told there is not enough unreserved storage.

  • The same dialog also sets Assign brands, the number of brand pages for that workspace.
