How do I upgrade to the Agency plan?

You can upgrade from Free or Pro on the checkout page. Only the organization owner can do it.

You can upgrade from Free or Pro on the checkout page. Only the organization owner can do it.

Steps

  1. Open Billing and choose the Agency plan, or go to the pricing page.

  2. Choose monthly, yearly or lifetime.

  3. Pay by card.

  4. Your plan changes as soon as the payment is confirmed. The hub then shows For a client when you create a workspace.

Upgrading from Pro

The full Agency price is charged right away on your saved card and the Pro subscription ends. Tarkle refunds the unused part of Pro on request.

When you cannot upgrade online

  • Your plan is managed by Tarkle (a manual or lifetime Pro): contact Tarkle support.

  • Your account holds a Reseller plan: Agency and Reseller cannot be held together.

You create a client workspace from the workspace hub. The workspace belongs to your organization, and your client is invited to it as Admin.

White label makes Tarkle appear under your agency's name, logo, favicon and accent color for your clients.
