What is the Tarkle Agency plan?

The Agency plan is an organization plan for people who run Tarkle for their clients. One Agency account can hold up to 20 workspaces, give each client their own workspace, share one 6 TB storage pool between them, and present Tarkle under the agency's own name, logo, colors and domain.

The Agency plan is an organization plan for people who run Tarkle for their clients. One Agency account can hold up to 20 workspaces, give each client their own workspace, share one 6 TB storage pool between them, and present Tarkle under the agency's own name, logo, colors and domain.

What you get

  • 20 workspaces. Your own plus one for each client.

  • 6 TB of shared storage and uploads up to 200 GB per file.

  • Everything in Pro in every workspace: unlimited brand pages, unlimited team members, unlimited events and request forms, AI summaries and file names, and the option to remove "Powered by Tarkle".

  • White label: your logo, name, favicon, accent color and your own domain. See Set up white label.

  • Client workspaces: create a workspace for a client, invite them as Admin and optionally give them a storage limit. See Create a workspace for a client.

How it works

Your organization owns and pays for every workspace, including the client ones. A client is invited as Admin of their workspace and sees only that workspace. Ownership is not transferred to the client.

Who it is for

Agencies, studios and freelancers who deliver files, brand assets or feedback rounds to several clients and want each client in a separate space under their own brand.

Agency plan price and billing

The Agency plan costs $59 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly ($588 per year). There is also a one-time lifetime Agency plan at $299.

How do clients get access to their workspace?

Your client receives an emailed invitation as Admin of their workspace, creates or signs in to a Tarkle account, and sees only that workspace.

How do I assign storage to a client workspace?

Every workspace draws from your organization's shared 6 TB pool. You can give a workspace a storage limit so one client cannot use the whole pool.

How do I create a workspace for a client?

You create a client workspace from the workspace hub. The workspace belongs to your organization, and your client is invited to it as Admin.

How do I set up white label on the Agency plan?

White label makes Tarkle appear under your agency's name, logo, favicon and accent color for your clients.
