The Agency plan costs $59 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly ($588 per year). There is also a one-time lifetime Agency plan at $299.

What the price covers

The plan covers your whole organization: your workspaces, every client workspace and the shared storage pool. Clients are never billed separately; your organization owns and pays for their workspaces.

Ways to pay

  • Monthly or yearly: pick the plan on the checkout page and pay by card. Your organization owner manages it from Billing.

  • Lifetime: a single payment from the checkout page. A lifetime plan has no renewal date and is never replaced by a subscription event.

  • By invoice: Tarkle can issue an invoice for larger or custom setups. Contact Tarkle support.

Change or cancel

  • Only the organization owner can buy, change or cancel the plan.

  • Cancel or manage the card from Manage billing (the Stripe portal) in Billing. It shows for plans paid by card subscription. A lifetime plan or a plan Tarkle manages by invoice has no button; contact Tarkle support to change it.

  • Switching from Pro to Agency charges the full Agency price right away on your saved card. The unused part of your Pro payment is refunded by the Tarkle team on request.

  • Agency cannot be held together with a Reseller plan. Buying Agency releases the workspaces linked to a reseller.

Your client receives an emailed invitation as Admin of their workspace, creates or signs in to a Tarkle account, and sees only that workspace.

You create a client workspace from the workspace hub. The workspace belongs to your organization, and your client is invited to it as Admin.

White label makes Tarkle appear under your agency's name, logo, favicon and accent color for your clients.

How do I upgrade to the Agency plan?

You can upgrade from Free or Pro on the checkout page. Only the organization owner can do it.
