What happens if my Agency plan ends?

If your Agency subscription is canceled or a payment fails, your organization returns to a Free plan and client workspaces can be suspended.

If your Agency subscription is canceled or a payment fails, your organization returns to a Free plan and client workspaces can be suspended.

Timing

  • A failed payment keeps the plan in force for 7 days after the period end.

  • A canceled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

  • A lifetime Agency plan does not lapse.

What happens when it ends

  • White label stops at once. Workspaces show "Powered by Tarkle".

  • Workspaces over the new limit are suspended. Free allows 1 workspace and Pro allows 2. Each night Tarkle suspends the extra workspaces, newest first. On Free, the least used one stays.

  • Suspended workspaces are restored when you have room again.

  • Your client gets no separate warning. Tell clients before you cancel.

How to avoid it

  • Keep the card on file up to date in Manage billing (shown for card subscriptions).

  • Before downgrading, close workspaces you no longer need.
