How do I use my own domain for a brand page?

Save the brand first, then add a domain in Settings → Custom domain and set the DNS records Tarkle shows you.

Steps

1. Save the brand.

2. In Settings, open Custom domain and click to add a domain, for example brand.yourcompany.com.

3. Add the DNS records shown (a CNAME for a subdomain, an A record for an apex domain, plus any verification record).

4. Wait for the status to show active.

What it does

• The brand page is served at the domain's root: brand.yourcompany.com is the page, /mark-usage is the terms.

• The domain also gets its own robots, sitemap and llms.txt.

• Search engines treat the domain as the page's address.

Rules

• One domain per brand.

• A name already used elsewhere in Tarkle cannot be used again (another brand, a workspace domain, an events domain).

• Do not include www.

Plans

Free workspaces do not get new brand domains. Pro and Agency can add one per brand page. See Brand page plans and limits.

If you delete the brand

Its domain is detached from Tarkle's hosting too. You can also remove the domain first in Settings.
