Open Feedback in the sidebar, click Create board, add a PDF or images, and click Create board again.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, click Feedback.

  2. Click Create board.

  3. Choose PDF or Images.

  4. Add your files: upload from your device or pick them from your library.

  5. Optional: add a password or require an email before the board opens.

  6. Optional: set a deadline (a future date and time). After it, nobody can comment.

  7. Click Create board.

  8. Copy the link, or enter email addresses to send it.

The board's name is the first file's name, or "N files" for several files.

Add more later

  • Add file (the three-dot menu on the board) adds another file of the same kind. You can pick it from your device, your library, and Dropbox or Google Drive when those are enabled.

  • Add version replaces the current file with a new one.

If it does not work

  • "Free workspaces can have 5 active boards": archive a board you no longer need, or upgrade.

  • The file is refused: a board holds PDFs or images only, not both.

  • The file is too large: check the transfer size and storage on your plan.

Limits

Creating a board needs the permission to create and share files. Free: 5 active boards (archived boards do not count).
