From Cloudbrand to Tarkle Send
Cloudbrand became Sharebrand, then Tarkle Send. The same branded file-sharing product now lives under the Tarkle name.

The product began as Cloudbrand, later became Sharebrand, and now continues as Tarkle Send. The name changed as the product became part of the wider Tarkle product family. The purpose stayed the same: branded file sharing for businesses that send work to clients.
Why Cloudbrand existed
We started Cloudbrand because agencies and studios needed a better way to share files under their own brand.
Storage and sync products such as Dropbox, Box, WeTransfer, and pCloud can be useful for their own workflows. But we wanted a file-sharing page with our own name, logo, colors, and domain. We wanted the final file link to feel like part of the service we provided.
Cloudbrand was not designed to replace desktop sync, personal backup, or enterprise content governance. It focused on branded file sharing for small teams and client-facing businesses.
From Cloudbrand to Sharebrand
As the product grew, Cloudbrand became Sharebrand. The new name made the purpose clearer: share files under your brand.
The product then moved into the Tarkle product family. That made it easier to align the product, support, and roadmap with Tarkle’s other work.
Features such as external file masking, Stripe payment gates, Slack activity notifications, branded file-sharing pages, and controlled file access continued to develop under the same core idea: help businesses share files under their own name.
From Sharebrand to Tarkle Send
In 2026, Sharebrand became Tarkle Send. Tarkle now brings its products under one brand:
Tarkle Send for branded file sharing
Tarkle Portal for client management
Tarkle Crew for contractor management
Tarkle Studio for design subscriptions
Send, Portal, and Crew are included in the unified Tarkle subscription. Tarkle Studio is a separate design subscription service.
The product continues as Tarkle Send. Existing workflows around branded file sharing, custom domains, tracking, file requests, payment gates, and controlled delivery remain central to the product.
What about pricing?
Tarkle Send is included in Tarkle’s unified subscription. Tarkle Starter is $29 per month for five shared team seats, 1 TB of Send storage, and transfers up to 50 GB. Tarkle Pro is $59 per month for ten shared team seats, 3 TB of Send storage, and transfers up to 100 GB.
Both plans include Tarkle Send, Tarkle Portal, and Tarkle Crew. The seven-day free trial does not require a credit card. Tarkle Studio is separate. See the current Tarkle pricing page for plan details.
File masking still matters
External file masking remains one of the product’s most useful workflows. You do not always need to move files from an existing storage provider. If a file already lives on Dropbox, Google Drive, or another hosted URL, Tarkle Send can present it through a branded page on your domain.
That lets a team keep its existing storage workflow while using custom branding and controlled file sharing for the recipient experience.
Cloudbrand became Sharebrand. Sharebrand became Tarkle Send. The product continues to focus on branded file sharing for teams that want their own name on every file link.
