What is not included in the base plans
Web development, SEO, GEO, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, ecommerce, integrations, dedicated project management, complex brand strategy, large website builds, and high-volume video production are not included in the monthly design plans.
These services can be available as separate scoped projects or add-ons when needed. This boundary is deliberate. A predictable monthly service needs clear request rules, practical delivery targets, and a scope that a design team can serve well.
How requests work
The active-request limit determines how much work can move at one time. Studio Basic has one active request. Studio White-Label has three active requests.
A standard request may be a social graphic, presentation update, marketing asset, short video edit, motion graphic, or defined design task. More complex work, such as a full brand identity, a multi-page campaign system, a large presentation, or a detailed animation, may need a longer delivery estimate or a separate scope.
