Then read the redemption and refund terms before you pay.

Tarkle: Pro 500 GB, Pro and Agency

Tarkle lets a business pay once for cloud storage and file sharing, then send files to clients, request files from them and give them a branded portal. Pro 500 GB and Pro each list uploads up to 200 GB, and Agency includes everything in Pro.

Pro 500 GB and Pro both list file versioning, client feedback and approval, team folders and storage, a fully branded client portal, 90-day file recovery and priority support. File requests let you collect files from anyone with one link, into the folder you choose, and the client portal gives each client a branded place to sign in and find what you shared.

Agency adds a 100% white-label platform and a client provisioning portal. Your clients log in and manage their files and teams on your branded platform, such as cloud.acme.com, and your agency name replaces the "Powered by Tarkle" backlink. The white label feature page shows how it works.

On Pro 500 GB and Pro, the "Powered by Tarkle" backlink stays on your pages, and lifetime plans do not include the AI assistant. Sinosend: branded transfers, deal sold out

The plan table runs from one code to four. One code lists 50 GB of lifetime storage, uploads up to 10 GB and no team member logins. Four codes list 1 TB, up to 100 GB and 10 team member logins. The listing names CNAME custom domain links, sending email from your domain, password protection and a "Powered By" toggle, without showing which code count unlocks each one.

Drime: storage with editing and e-signatures

Drime describes itself as "European cloud storage for people who need secure file storage with real sharing controls". Its StackSocial offer lists 2 TB for $174.99 and 3 TB for $234.99.

The Essentials plan on that page lists workspaces for up to 15 members, 120-day file versioning, timestamped comments on videos and PDFs, and Drime Sign for e-signatures. Link sharing includes passwords, custom URLs, expiration dates and view access stats. The page says role-based permissions, central admin tools and team activity tracking come with Professional.

Drime suits a team that edits documents together and wants comments and signatures in the same place as storage. The listing says unredeemed licenses can be returned for store credit within 30 days, and that once a license is redeemed all sales are final.

Scramble Cloud: encrypted storage with daily upload limits

The Scramble Cloud listing says "Made in Germany" and "Built for privacy". The StackSocial listing shows 2 TB for $59.95 and 6 TB for $139.95.

The listing states a maximum file size of 5 GB per file and a daily upload limit of 7 GB per day. It lists encrypted file sharing, encrypted groups and Team Link, which lets you collaborate with external and internal partners through a secure link without registration. It also notes that codes are not stackable and that a new code overwrites an existing plan.

That makes Scramble Cloud a fit for private group storage where files stay under 5 GB. A team that sends more than 7 GB of files in a day will reach that limit.

Koofr: one place for several clouds

Koofr's StackSocial listing shows a 1 TB lifetime plan at $199.99. The page says you can connect to existing cloud accounts like Dropbox, Google Drive, Amazon and OneDrive.

Koofr suits a person or team that already keeps files in several places and wants one view of them. The listing defines lifetime access "in accordance with Koofr terms of service and inactivity policy", and says each person can redeem only one Koofr lifetime code.

Which one fits your team?
