How to add more storage to your Tarkle workspace
Storage is shared by your organization's workspaces, so check usage in Billing, then upgrade or contact support.
Storage in Tarkle belongs to your organization. Every workspace in the organization draws from the same storage, so to get more room you change your plan. For more storage than the Agency plan includes, you contact support.
How much storage each plan includes
Free: 5 GB of cloud storage
Pro: 3 TB of cloud storage
Agency: 6 TB of cloud storage
The storage of your plan is shared by all the workspaces in your organization. Plan prices are on the pricing page. To set part of your storage aside for a team, see How team storage works in Tarkle.
Check how much storage you use
Open Billing.
Find the Storage row on the plan card. It shows the storage you have used and the total your plan includes.
The Billing page is visible to the organization owner and to admins.
Upgrade to a plan with more storage
Plans are bought and changed on the checkout page, and only the organization owner can do it. You can start from the sidebar or from Billing.
From the sidebar
In the sidebar, click Upgrade. The upgrade dialog compares the Pro and Agency plans.
Choose a plan. On Free you can choose Pro or Agency. On Pro, the dialog offers Agency. Where a plan is changed by hand, the card opens contact instead of checkout.
From Billing
Open Billing.
In Active subscriptions, open the actions menu of your plan and choose Upgrade. It opens checkout with the plan you can move to. Manage in the same menu opens the billing portal, where you manage a plan you already pay for.
Pro and Agency are bought at checkout. You sign in or create an account with an emailed code or Google, then pay by card.

Get more storage than Agency includes
Contact support@tarkle.com, which reviews what you need and helps find the right setup. It can arrange additional storage up to 1,000 TB. On the Agency plan, the Agency card in the upgrade dialog leads to contact instead of checkout. For the limits of the Agency plan, see Agency plan limits.
When your storage is full
When your workspace has no room left, the upload buttons show this message: "You're out of storage. Delete files or upgrade to Pro to keep uploading." The message is the same on every plan. To keep uploading, delete files you no longer need, or upgrade using the steps above.
