What a lifetime plan includes and how codes add up
Lifetime plans are paid once, and this page shows what each plan includes and how your codes add up.
A lifetime plan is one payment with no renewal. Tarkle has three lifetime plans, and the lifetime codes you redeem give your organization one of them. This page lists what each plan includes and how the codes add up.
The three lifetime plans
Pro 500 GB costs $29, Pro costs $169 and Agency costs $299, each paid once. You buy one with a card on checkout, and the lifetime plans page describes all three. Monthly and yearly Agency prices are in Agency plan price and billing.
Pro 500 GB: 500 GB of storage, 1 workspace and 1 team seat.
Pro: 3 TB of storage, 2 workspaces and unlimited team members.
Agency: 6 TB of storage, 20 workspaces and white label.
Lifetime plans do not include the AI assistant. Pro 500 GB and Pro keep the "Powered by Tarkle" backlink on your pages. On Agency, you can replace it with your own brand.
How codes add up
Each lifetime code adds 500 GB of storage. The plan your organization holds follows its total number of codes.
1 code: Pro 500 GB, with 1 workspace, 1 team seat and 5 Brand Pages.
2 to 5 codes: 1 TB to 2.5 TB of storage, 2 workspaces, unlimited team members and 5 Brand Pages for each code.
6 codes: Pro, with 3 TB of storage, 2 workspaces, unlimited team members and unlimited Brand Pages.
7 to 11 codes: Pro with 500 GB more for each code above 6, so 3.5 TB to 5.5 TB of storage, with 2 workspaces, unlimited team members and unlimited Brand Pages.
12 codes: Agency, with 6 TB of storage, 20 workspaces and white label.
Each workspace can set one custom domain, so the number of custom domains grows with the number of workspaces. Set a domain for a workspace on its Domains page.
Lifetime codes are limited to 12 per organization for now. For more storage, contact Tarkle.
Who can redeem codes
Only the organization owner can redeem codes. An organization with an active Pro or Agency subscription cannot add codes, and you need to contact Tarkle to switch. An organization that holds a lifetime Agency or Reseller plan cannot add codes either.
Redeem a code
Open Billing and click Redeem codes in the Redeem code card. The button opens the redeem page.
If you are signed out, sign in or create an account first.
In Redemption code, type or paste a code. Codes separated by spaces, commas, semicolons or new lines fill one field each.
Wait for the check under each field. A valid code shows Valid code. Any other code shows its reason, such as This code is not valid.
Click + Add another code for each more code. The page takes up to 12 codes.
Check the Summary. It shows the plan your codes give and, if your organization already holds codes, the plan it holds after this redemption.
Click Redeem.
Codes bought from another seller are redeemed on the same page. If one code is not valid or can no longer be redeemed, none of the codes is redeemed. Remove that code and click Redeem again.
What happens next
After a successful redemption, the page shows Your lifetime plan is active. Tarkle emails the owner's sign-in address with the subject "Your Tarkle lifetime plan is active". The redemption is also recorded in the Invoices list. Click Open Tarkle to go to your dashboard.
Refunds
One-time purchases are not refundable after processing, except where the law requires a refund. The Tarkle refund policy sets out when refunds are available.
