How do I share the full brand kit with a link?
Create a kit link on a published brand so anyone with the link can download the full kit without requesting access.
A kit link is one link per brand that downloads the full brand kit as a zip. Anyone who has the link can download, without sending an access request, even when the brand asks for approval. Use it to send a kit to a printer, a freelancer or a partner.
The kit link is available on Pro and Agency. On Free, the Kit link menu item opens the upgrade prompt.
Create the link
Open Brands.
Open the More actions menu (the three dots) of a published brand, then click Kit link. A draft brand has no kit link.
Optional: under Expires on, pick a date between tomorrow and three years from now. Without a date the link does not expire. Click Clear to remove a date.
Click Create link. Tarkle copies the link and confirms with "URL copied to clipboard".
Only members of your workspace team see the Kit link item. It is not in the client portal.
Copy, change or replace the link
Copy link: open Kit link again and click Copy link. The link stays copyable while it is active.
Change the date: open Kit link, pick a new date or click Clear, then click Save.
Disable link: pauses the link. It stops working until you click Enable link in the same menu. The dialog shows a Disabled badge while it is paused.
Regenerate link: makes a new link and stops the old one at once. Use it when the link reached someone it should not have.
A link past its date shows an Expired badge. Pick a new date and click Save to use it again.
What the visitor gets
The link downloads the full kit as one zip file: the icon, main logo and banner, the logos, asset collections, fonts, team photos and guideline images in folders, the colors, the mark usage terms and a brand.md text file. It works whether the page is public, password protected or restricted, and it does not ask for the password or for approval.
Each kit link download counts in the brand's Downloads card. Tarkle does not record who downloaded. How do I see views, downloads and requests? explains the numbers.
Good to know
Anyone who holds the link can download the kit, so share it only with people you trust. If it spreads further than you meant, click Regenerate link.
A brand has one kit link. Use Regenerate link to replace it.
The link stops working when you unpublish the brand, when it is disabled or expired, and when the workspace is no longer on Pro or Agency. It works again when the brand is published again, the link is enabled, or the plan is back.
A visitor who opens a link that no longer works sees "This link is not available".
