Box affiliate program: what Box publishes and who earns
What Box's partner pages cover, what a directory says about Impact, and how Tarkle's published terms compare.
The Box affiliate program is not described on Box's own partner pages. Those pages cover three other routes, for resellers, system integrators and technology partners, and none of them states a commission rate, a cookie length or a payout schedule. A third-party directory lists a Box affiliate program on the Impact network. This guide separates what Box publishes from what a directory says, so you do not promise your readers an income, and it shows how to compare Box with a program that publishes its terms.
The Box facts below were read on Box's own pages in October 2026, and each links to its source. Box can change its programs at any time, so open the page before you publish a number.
Which Box program is which?
Box's partner pages describe three routes. They are business agreements, not a link you paste into a post.

Does Box publish an affiliate program?
Box's partners page lists technology partners, services partners, AI partners, and reseller and marketplace partners. It has no section for bloggers, reviewers or creators.
The directory AffiliList lists a Box affiliate program on the Impact network, with a pay-per-sale structure. A directory is not Box. This guide leaves out its rate and cookie figures, and you should read the terms inside your Impact account before you promote anything.
Never copy a commission rate from a directory into your own post. Quote a rate only from the program's own terms, and ask Box in writing if the terms do not state one.
What is the Box Reseller Program?
The Box channel program page says the Box Reseller Program is for partners who want to control their client relationships as trusted advisors. Resellers own the whole sales cycle, from client prospecting and onboarding to account management and billing, and the program has three tiers: Member, Choice and Premier. It is a business agreement to sell Box, so it does not work like a commission link.
What do system integrators get?
The same channel page says Box recognizes integrators as trusted advisors and supports turnkey services built around Box, "from referral or resale opportunities to implementation, app development or shared support." Box asks interested firms to email its System Integrator Team. If you are a consultant who implements Box for clients, this is the route on the page that mentions referrals.
What is the Box Technology Partner Program?
This one is for software companies. Box's partner application page says Box is accepting applications for the Technology Partner Program and requires every prospective partner to build an integration and publish it to the Box Integrations Center before applying. The technology partner page offers to "explore joint go-to-market opportunities". A blogger or agency owner does not qualify unless they build an integration.
What does the Tarkle affiliate program publish?
If you recommend file sharing tools, compare Box with a program whose terms you can read in full. The Tarkle Affiliate Program Terms say you earn 20% of Net Revenue from each Referred Customer, and that Net Revenue is the payment less taxes, payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits and discounts. The attribution window is 45 days from the click on your link. Each commission is held for at least 45 days after the payment, and payable commissions are paid once a month, on or around the 16th, in US dollars, once your available commission reaches $50.

Which route fits you?
Blogger, reviewer or creator: Box's partner pages state no affiliate terms. Check the Impact listing in your Impact account, and do not promise income. Tarkle's terms are public, so you can quote them.
Consultant who implements Box: the system integrator route, by email.

Common mistakes
Quoting a commission and a cookie from a directory, not from the program.
Calling the Reseller Program an affiliate program. Resellers own the sales cycle, including billing.
Promising readers an income when no rate is published.
Hiding the relationship. Put a plain disclosure such as "Paid link: I earn a commission if you buy" next to the link.
