Legacy plans and lifetime access

Older paid plans and lifetime plans belong to your organization, not to one workspace. This page shows where they appear on the Billing page, what each row means and what the owner can do with them.

Check your plan

Open Billing to see your organization's plan. The page is titled Billing, and the plan it shows covers the whole organization. Owners and admins can open the page, but only the owner can change the plan, manage a subscription or redeem codes.

The card at the top shows the plan name, such as Pro Lifetime, and its status badge. A lifetime plan shows Lifetime · No renewal under the name. Below it, the usage rows show Workspaces, Storage, Team members, Workspace domains, Organization domain, Brand page domains and Event page domains, each measured against the limits of the plan.

Under the card, the Active subscriptions table lists the plans of the organization. Each row shows the plan name, its price and the date it was created or last updated, then the renewal date and the status.

Older paid plans

Some workspaces paid for their own subscription before their plans moved to the organization. If one of your workspaces still has its own subscription, Billing shows this note: "Some of your workspaces still have their own subscriptions. Contact support to move them onto one organization plan; buying a plan here is paused until then."

When Tarkle moves them, it sets up one subscription for the organization and sets each old subscription to cancel at the end of its paid period. Nothing is charged at the move. Billing for the organization's plan starts when the last paid period of the old subscriptions ends. A subscription that is past due or unpaid has to be settled before the move.

If Billing says "Your plan is managed by Tarkle. Contact support to change it.", changes to that plan go through support as well. For what Free, Pro and Agency include, see Tarkle plans and pricing.

Lifetime access

Lifetime plans are paid once and have no renewal. Each one belongs to your organization. There are three:

  • Pro 500 GB costs $29, with 500 GB of storage, 1 workspace and 1 team seat.

  • Pro costs $169, with 3 TB of storage, 2 workspaces and unlimited team members.

  • Agency costs $299, with 6 TB of storage and 20 workspaces.

Lifetime plans do not include the AI assistant (Beta).

In the Active subscriptions table, a lifetime plan shows its name, such as Pro Lifetime, and its one-time price. No renewal appears in the renewal column. A plan that came from lifetime codes shows Lifetime codes as its price. The only action on a lifetime row is Contact Tarkle. To see what each plan includes and how codes add up, read What a lifetime plan includes and how codes add up.

Redeem lifetime codes

The owner redeems lifetime codes from Billing. The Redeem code card appears on a Free organization and on an organization that holds a lifetime plan. It does not appear for an Agency lifetime plan or a Reseller lifetime plan, because no more codes can be added to those.

  1. Open Billing as the owner of the organization.

  2. Click Redeem codes in the Redeem code card.

  3. Sign in if Tarkle asks. Tarkle then opens the redeem step of checkout, where you enter your codes.

You can redeem up to 12 codes at once. Codes are refused while the organization has an active Pro or Agency subscription, and Billing then says: "Your organization has an active Pro or Agency subscription. Codes are for Free and lifetime organizations. Contact Tarkle to switch." An organization can hold up to 12 codes for now.

Need help with an older purchase?

For a lifetime plan, open the actions menu in its row in Active subscriptions and choose Contact Tarkle. It opens the chat with Tarkle. You can also email support@tarkle.com. Have the email address you used to buy and your order details ready.
