How to customize your Tarkle workspace branding
Upload your logo and favicon, set your accent color, and choose whether the Powered by Tarkle link shows.
Your workspace branding controls how your public pages look. You set your logo, the favicon shown in browser tabs, the accent color and whether the Powered by Tarkle link shows. These settings belong to one workspace, so repeat them in each workspace you want to brand.
Change the branding
Open Settings. The logo, favicon, accent color and backlink controls are on the General tab.
In the Custom branding card, click the edit icon next to Logo and choose a PNG, JPG or JPEG file. The file shows as a preview. Tarkle uploads it when you click Save changes.
Click the edit icon next to Favicon and choose a PNG, JPG or JPEG file. Use a square transparent PNG for best results.
Click the color swatch next to Accent color. Pick a color in the picker or type a hex value in the box under it. The color starts as #475467.
In the Backlink card, turn the Show Powered by Tarkle switch on or off.
Click Save changes.
The logo is your square brand mark. Tarkle shows it on transfer pages, download links and outgoing emails. The accent color is used for buttons and highlights on your public-facing pages.
Below the switch is the Affiliate link (optional) field. Paste an affiliate link that uses ref, via or aff. If the link uses another format, Tarkle shows "Enter a valid Tarkle affiliate URL using ref, via, or aff." and the save does not go through. When Tarkle has an affiliate link for your account, a Use my affiliate link button fills the field with it. The link is saved when you click Save changes.
Which plans include what
The logo and the accent color can be changed without a plan check. A custom favicon needs the Pro or Agency plan, and so does turning off the Powered by Tarkle link. Agency includes everything in Pro. On the Free plan the switch is greyed out and the link stays on. Compare the plans on the pricing page.
The Powered by Tarkle link
When the switch is on, a small Powered by Tarkle link shows at the bottom of public pages. Pages served from Tarkle's own addresses always show the link, whatever the switch says. To turn the link off, follow How to disable "Powered by Tarkle" on your workspace. On the Agency plan, white label replaces the link with your agency name.
Who can save
Only team members whose role can add, edit and delete settings see the Save changes button. For other roles the cards stay on screen, but there is no button to save them.
What happens next
Tarkle saves the logo, favicon, accent color, the switch and the affiliate link together. A successful save shows Changes saved, and the page refreshes with your settings. If Tarkle refuses one change, such as a custom favicon on the Free plan, the whole save stops and none of its changes are kept.
