What is Tarkle Send?
Tarkle Send is a file sharing and tracking platform for agencies, studios, and client-facing businesses. Files go through your own custom domain with your branding on every download page. Plans start at $29 per month for up to 15 team members with no per-user fees. It is one of four products under Tarkle, alongside Portal (client portals for productized agencies), Crew (contractor management), and Studio (design subscription).
Does TransferNow support a custom domain?
TransferNow Premium and Team include a branded subdomain at your-company.transfernow.net. A true CNAME custom domain where links live on your own domain is only available on the Enterprise plan at custom pricing. Tarkle Send includes custom domain delivery on every plan starting at $29 per month.
Do files expire on TransferNow?
Yes. TransferNow files are available for a maximum of 365 days on paid plans, then permanently deleted. There is no option to keep them longer. Tarkle Send keeps files until you choose to delete them with no forced expiry.
Both have a sell files feature. What is the difference?
Both platforms let you charge recipients before they download. The difference is the branding on the payment experience. With TransferNow, the page is on a transfernow.net subdomain with your branding layered on. With Tarkle Send, the page is on your domain with your branding only.
