Cloud storage for business files with Tarkle
Where your files are kept in Tarkle, how to find them in the Library, and the storage limit on each plan.
Your files are kept in your Tarkle workspace. This page covers where to find them, what you can do with a file, how the Bin works, and the storage limit on each plan.
Files and file transfers
Your files stay in your workspace until you move them to the Bin. A file transfer is the link you send someone so they can open the files. To start one, choose Transfer in a file's menu, which opens the transfer dialog for that file. For the steps, see How to create a file transfer.
Find your files in the Library
The Library has pages for Files, Photos, Videos, Audio, Documents and Bin. Open Files to see the files in your workspace. Photos, Videos, Audio and Documents each have their own page.
What you can do with a file
Open the File actions menu on a file's row. It holds Download, Rename, Move, Transfer and Move to bin, and it may also show Share access. Select several files and the selection bar offers Move, Smart rename, Download and Delete.

Move a file to the Bin
Choose Move to bin in a file's menu, or select files and click Delete. Both move the files to the Bin. A file that a recipient can still open through an active transfer is not moved to the Bin. Remove it from that transfer first.
To get a file back, open Bin and choose Restore in the file's menu.
Deleted items stay in the Bin for 30 days on Free and 90 days on Pro. After that, they are removed permanently. Empty bin removes everything in the Bin for good, and the owner and team members who can delete files see it.
Note: Videos do not go to the Bin. Deleting a video removes it and its share link permanently.
Storage limits by plan
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. On Free, you get 5 GB of storage for 1 person. Files can be up to 1 GB, and deleted items are kept 30 days in the Bin.
On Pro, you get 3 TB of storage and files up to 200 GB. Team members are unlimited, and deleted items are kept 90 days in the Bin. Agency includes everything in Pro, with 6 TB of storage shared by its 20 workspaces.
