What happens if my Agency plan ends?
When your Agency plan ends, your organization moves to Free and extra workspaces are switched off.
If your Agency plan is canceled, or a payment fails and is not fixed, your organization moves to the Free plan. This page explains when that happens, what changes for your workspaces, and where to check the plan in Billing.
Timing
A canceled plan stays in force until the end of the paid period. On Billing, the Renewal date of the subscription then reads "Ends" followed by the date.
If a payment fails, the plan stays in force for 7 days after the end of the paid period. Your workspaces are not switched off during those 7 days.
What happens when it ends
Once the Agency plan is no longer in force, these changes apply:
Your organization moves to Free. Free allows 1 workspace, 5 GB of storage and up to 1 GB per file. The Free plan article lists what else it includes.
White label stops. Workspaces show "Powered by Tarkle" again.
Extra workspaces are switched off. As soon as the organization moves to Free, Tarkle keeps the one workspace that uses the least storage and switches off the others. A switched-off workspace is suspended, not deleted, and its files are not removed.
Switched-off workspaces come back. The scheduled workspace check switches them back on once the workspace limit has room again.
To compare the limits of each plan, see Tarkle plans and pricing.
Before the plan ends
Check the subscription in Billing first. The Active subscriptions table shows each subscription with its Name, Renewal date and Status. To open the billing portal for the Agency subscription, choose Manage in the Actions menu of its row.
Before you cancel, tell your clients that their workspaces are switched off when the plan ends. To cancel, follow How to cancel a Tarkle subscription.
