- Agency plan limitsAgency includes 20 workspaces, 6 TB of shared storage and 200 GB per file, and what happens at each limit.
- Agency plan price and billingAgency costs $59 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly, and the owner buys, upgrades and cancels it in Billing.
- How do clients get access to their workspace?Your client gets an emailed invitation as Admin of the workspace you made for them, and accepts it on Tarkle.
- How do I assign storage to a client workspace?Give a client workspace its own storage amount from the Dashboard, so it cannot use your whole shared pool.
- How do I create a workspace for a client?Create a client workspace from the workspace hub, and your client is invited to it as Admin.
- How do I set up white label on the Agency plan?Set your name, logo, favicon and accent color, then turn on White label on the Agency plan.
- How do I upgrade to the Agency plan?Only the organization owner can upgrade: Free pays on the checkout page, and Pro upgrades with its saved card.
- How do I use my own domain with the Agency plan?The Agency plan includes one organization domain, so clients open Tarkle at an address you own.
- What happens if my Agency plan ends?When your Agency plan ends, your organization moves to Free and extra workspaces are switched off.
- What is the Tarkle Agency plan?The Agency plan adds up to 20 workspaces, 6 TB of cloud storage and white label to everything in Pro.
