What is the Tarkle Agency plan?
The Agency plan adds up to 20 workspaces, 6 TB of cloud storage and white label to everything in Pro.
The Agency plan is for agencies that use Tarkle for their clients. It includes everything in Pro, plus up to 20 workspaces, 6 TB of cloud storage and white label. This page explains what the plan includes and how client workspaces, storage and white label work on it.
What you get
Agency includes everything in Pro. Pro includes unlimited team members, an upload limit of up to 200 GB, the AI assistant (Beta) and a fully branded client portal. Agency adds:
Up to 20 workspaces. Client workspaces count toward this limit.
6 TB of cloud storage. The storage is shared by the workspaces your account owns.
A client provisioning portal.
White label. Your organization's name and website can replace "Powered by Tarkle" on every workspace your account owns.
Agency costs $59 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly ($588 per year). Prices are on the pricing page. To move your organization to Agency, follow How do I upgrade to the Agency plan?.
How client workspaces work
A client workspace belongs to your account, and your client joins it as an Admin. Open your workspace hub and click New workspace. On an Agency account, the Create workspace dialog first shows two cards: For me or my team and For a client. Choose For a client.
The Create a workspace for a client dialog has two steps. In the first step, enter a Name and the Client email. You can also add a logo, then click Continue. In the second step, set Storage for this client (optional) and review Data residency. Data residency starts on a suggested region based on your account's location, and you can change it there. Click Done to create the workspace.
Enter your client's email address in the Client email field. Tarkle does not accept your own email address there. For a workspace you use yourself, choose For me or my team.
Your account needs a workspace of its own first, because your first workspace is your own. For the full steps, read How do I create a workspace for a client?.
After the workspace is created, Tarkle emails your client an invitation to join it as an Admin. If the invitation cannot be sent, use Resend invite on the workspace in the Hub. To see what your client does next, read How do clients get access to their workspace?.
Storage for a client workspace
The storage step is optional. If you leave the field empty, no storage limit is set for the workspace. Enter an amount in GB or TB to set the most that workspace can use. The amount cannot be more than your account has. If the amount cannot be applied, the workspace is still created and Tarkle shows the reason. To give a client workspace its own storage amount later, see How do I assign storage to a client workspace?.
What happens at the limits
When your account already holds 20 workspaces, creating another one shows Max workspaces reached. If the storage amount is more than your account has, the workspace is still created, and you see The storage share was not applied: followed by That is more than your account has.
How white label works
White label is one switch for your organization. Open Settings, your organization's settings, and turn on White label in the Platform settings card. When it is on, your organization's name and website replace Powered by Tarkle on every workspace your account owns, and your clients open Tarkle on your own domain. For the setup steps, read How do I set up white label on the Agency plan?.
The switch works only while the Agency plan is in force. For what happens when the plan ends, read What happens if my Agency plan ends?.
