How do I set up white label on the Agency plan?

Set your name, logo, favicon and accent color, then turn on White label on the Agency plan.

White label replaces the Powered by Tarkle line with your organization's name and website on every workspace your account owns. It is part of the Agency plan. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Steps

  1. Open Settings. This page belongs to your organization, not to a workspace.

  2. In the Organization settings card, enter your Name and upload your Logo.

  3. Upload a Favicon and choose an Accent color in the same card. Logo and favicon files must be PNG or JPEG.

  4. Add your own domain in the Domains card below it. The Agency plan includes one organization domain. How do I use my own domain with the Agency plan? explains how to connect it.

  5. In the Platform settings card, turn on the White label switch. It saves as soon as you change it.

Changes to the Name, Logo, Favicon and Accent color save a moment after you make them.

On Free and Pro, the Favicon, Accent color and White label show an Upgrade badge and cannot be changed, and the Domains card does not appear. The Name and Logo stay editable. The Upgrade badge on White label opens Billing.

What changes

  • With White label on, the Powered by Tarkle line on your workspaces shows your organization's name and website. Turning the switch off brings the Powered by Tarkle line back.

  • Your Logo is shown on transfer pages, download links and outgoing emails.

  • Your Favicon is shown in browser tabs and bookmarks.

  • Your Accent color is used for buttons on public pages.

Hide the Powered by Tarkle line

On Pro and Agency, each workspace can hide the Powered by Tarkle line. Open Settings inside the workspace, stay on General, and switch off Powered by Tarkle on the Backlink card. On Free the switch is locked, and the line always shows on Tarkle's own addresses, such as tarkle.page. The steps are in How to disable "Powered by Tarkle" on your workspace.

If the Agency plan ends

White label stops once the Agency plan is no longer in force, and workspaces show Powered by Tarkle again. The article What happens if my Agency plan ends? explains what happens to your client workspaces.
