Loops integration
Connect Loops with your API key, and Tarkle sends each new contact to your Loops account.

Before you connect
Only the owner of the workspace can connect, change, sync or disconnect Loops. Other members of the workspace cannot.
Loops and Mailchimp cannot be connected at the same time. While Mailchimp is connected, the Loops row is dimmed and its Connect button is disabled, so disconnect Mailchimp first. Connecting Loops also removes any Mailchimp key saved in the workspace.
Have your Loops API key ready. Copy it from your Loops account.
Connect Loops
Open Integrations. Go to Integrations in your workspace settings.
Click Connect on the Loops row. A dialog opens with an API key field.
Paste your API key. Paste the key from your Loops account into the field. The field hides the key as you type.
Click Save. Tarkle checks the key with Loops before it saves anything. If Loops rejects the key, the message says Loops rejected this API key. If Tarkle cannot reach Loops, or the check fails for another reason, the message says Could not reach Loops, try again. Nothing is saved in either case. If the field is empty, Tarkle asks you to enter your API key.
What happens next
When the key is saved, the Loops row shows the Connected badge, and its button reads Manage. From then on, Tarkle sends a contact to Loops when one of these happens:
You add a new contact from the dashboard.
A visitor enters an email address to open a transfer with an email gate.
A buyer pays for a paid transfer and gives an email address.
You send a transfer to an email address that is not yet a contact.
A new person uploads files to one of your file requests.
Each contact is sent to your Loops account with its email address, its first and last name when Tarkle has them, and a source label that shows how the contact came to Tarkle. Tarkle does not add the contact to a Loops list.
Send existing contacts to Loops
Open the Loops dialog. On Integrations, click Manage on the Loops row.
Click Sync existing contacts. The button shows Syncing and a count while Tarkle works. When it finishes, Tarkle shows the message Synced followed by the number of contacts.
Tarkle sends every contact in the workspace, including people who only received a transfer or uploaded a file. The number shown counts the contacts Tarkle has processed, not the contacts Loops has confirmed.
Disconnect Loops
Open the Loops dialog. Click Manage on the Loops row.
Click Disconnect. Tarkle removes the Loops API key from the workspace and stops sending contacts to Loops. Contacts already in your Loops account stay there.
After you disconnect, the Loops row shows Connect again.
