Calendly integration
Save your Calendly booking link in Tarkle, then change it, remove it or see where the Book a meeting button shows.
Calendly lets visitors book a meeting with you. Save your Calendly booking link in Tarkle, and a Book a meeting button appears for visitors on the public file pages that show it. This article covers how to connect the link, change it, remove it and use it alongside Cal.com.
Connect your Calendly booking link
Open Integrations in the workspace you want to connect. Integrations are set per workspace.
In the Scheduling section, find the Calendly row and click Connect.
In the booking link box, paste your Calendly booking link, for example https://calendly.com/yourname.
Click Save.
The link cannot be empty when you save. The Calendly row then shows a Connected badge, and its button changes to Manage.
Change or remove the link
Once Calendly is connected, the Calendly window shows the saved link as text, with no field to type in. To use a different link, click Manage on the Calendly row, click Disconnect, and then connect again with the new link. Disconnect clears the saved link, and the Book a meeting button stops showing until a link is saved again.
Calendly and Cal.com
The Integrations page lets only one of the two be connected at a time. While Calendly is connected, the Cal.com row in the Scheduling section is faded and cannot be opened, and the other way round. Disconnect the connected tool first. To use Cal.com, read How to connect Cal.com to Tarkle.
Where visitors see the button
Visitors see the Book a meeting button only on public file pages that show it, and only while a booking link is saved. Clicking it opens your Calendly booking page in a pop-up window. If the pop-up is not ready, the link opens in a new tab.
What the connection does not do
Connecting Calendly only saves the link you paste. Tarkle does not ask you to sign in to your Calendly account. A workspace holds one Calendly booking link at a time.
What happens next
The Calendly row keeps its Connected badge until you click Disconnect. To share files with the people who book with you, start with How to create a file transfer.
