How we compared white label file sharing tools

White label means different things on different pricing pages. For each tool we looked at four things: whether you can use your own domain, how far the branding goes (logo, colours, removing the vendor name, email sender), how it is priced (per user, flat, or by quote), and which plan unlocks it. Competitor facts come from each vendor's own pages, read in October 2026.

The table is a white label file sharing comparison at a glance. Prices are as published in October 2026, in US dollars, and change often, so open the linked page before you decide.

Tarkle: branded transfers, file requests and a client portal on your domain

Tarkle is a file sharing and file request platform for agencies and small teams, and the Agency plan makes it a white label platform. You set your name, logo and domain, your clients log in and manage their files and team on your own domain, and the "Powered by Tarkle" line is replaced by your agency name. White label applies while the Agency plan is active and the owner has turned it on. Agency costs $59 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly ($588 per year), and includes everything in Pro, 20 workspaces with 6 TB of cloud storage shared between them. Read more on the white label for agencies page, and see a workspace for every client for how client workspaces work.

Tarkle home page

Day to day, you share files by link, request files from clients on a custom domain, and give each client a client portal where they sign in with their email. Agency is the plan to pick when the clients are your own, and Free lets you try your own domain and branding on a real transfer link before you pay for Pro or Agency.

The limits to plan around: Agency gives you 20 workspaces and 6 TB of storage shared across them. Your own workspaces count toward the 20, and closed workspaces do not. Tarkle covers files, file requests, review and the client portal. If you also invoice clients, pair it with a billing tool of your own.

SuiteDash: a client portal inside a full business platform

SuiteDash is a business platform that bundles a CRM, a client portal, invoicing and projects. Its white label page describes a custom URL with SSL, portal styling and notification emails sent from your own domain or your own SMTP, and a branded mobile app that installs from the browser, with no App Store or Google Play listing. The pricing page lists START at $19 per month with 100 GB, THRIVE at $49 per month with 500 GB and PINNACLE at $99 per month with 2 TB (as published in October 2026).

It suits an agency or consultancy that wants to run clients, invoices and files from one place. The weakness is scope. If you only need to deliver files, you set up and pay for a lot more than that.

Clinked: a white label client workspace with tasks and approvals

Clinked sells client portals, team workspaces and a virtual data room, with files, chat, tasks and approvals. According to its pricing page, the Start Up plan costs $11 per user for 1 to 25 users with 2 GB and no custom URL. Standard is $239 per month for 100 members and 1 TB with a custom URL, and Premium is $599 per month for 250 members and 3 TB, adding white label email notifications. The white label mobile app is Enterprise only, and Enterprise is priced by contact (as published in October 2026). We compare the two in more detail in Tarkle vs Clinked.

It suits accountants, law firms and agencies that want a branded portal with tasks and approvals next to the files. The weakness is the step between plans: your own domain needs Standard, and the Start Up price is per user.

Filecamp: white label for graphics and rich media

Filecamp is a platform for files such as graphics and rich media. Custom-branded portals for clients and partners start on Advanced, and proofing and approval start on Professional. Its pricing page lists Basic at $29 per month with 20 GB and Professional at $89 per month with 100 GB, with unlimited users on every plan (as published in October 2026). The custom domain is listed on Professional only. We compare the two in Tarkle vs Filecamp.

It suits teams that send large libraries of images and rich media to many people. The weakness is the plan gate: your own domain needs the $89 plan, which includes 100 GB.

Assembly: a client portal with billing and a CRM

Assembly is a client platform with messaging and billing. Its pricing page lists messaging and team inbox, and billing and payments. Professional has 500 active contacts, with custom domains and removal of the Assembly badge.

It suits service firms that bill clients and want the portal and the payments in one place. The weakness is that the plans are capped by active contacts, and your own domain and badge removal start at Professional.

Moxo: branded portals for multi-step processes

Moxo orchestrates workflows across teams, systems and AI agents, and gives every team, customer or partner a branded portal to take action in (its pricing page, read in October 2026). Its guide to white-label client portal pricing says that process-based platforms may charge according to workflows started or completed.

It suits teams that run many parties through the same steps, such as the regulated industries its pricing page lists, including financial services, legal and accounting. The weakness for a file sharing buyer is that Moxo is built around processes: the price follows the workflows you run, and file sharing is one part of them.

What does Tarkle Free really include?

Free costs $0 and needs no credit card. It gives one person one workspace with 5 GB of cloud storage and an upload limit of 1 GB. You can share and request files, collect client feedback and approval, add your logo and colours, and use a custom domain. Free is a good way to test how your own domain looks on a transfer link.

The fully branded client portal starts on Pro, and white label, where your name replaces Tarkle's, is on Agency. Pro at $29 per month ($19 per month billed yearly, $228 per year) adds 2 workspaces, 3 TB of storage, uploads up to 200 GB and the fully branded client portal. Agency adds 20 workspaces and white label. See the pricing page for the live numbers.

Best white label file sharing software: which one fits you?

Choose by the job around the files. If you mainly send, collect and review files for clients under your own name, the Free plan lets you test Tarkle with real files first. If you want CRM, invoices and projects in one platform, SuiteDash or Assembly fit better than Tarkle. If you want tasks and approvals in the same space, look at Clinked. If you manage a large library of graphics and rich media, Filecamp is built for it. If the work is a multi-step process, Moxo fits that.

If you want to sell file sharing to your own customers under your brand, with your customers' plans billed by you, that is the Reseller plan. Our guide on how to resell cloud storage under your own brand is the place to start. For a channel vendor aimed at MSPs, see our RushFiles comparison.

Make a short test file named after a real client, then send it through each tool you shortlist. Open the link, the sign-in page and the notification email as the client would, and note every place the vendor name still shows.

What to ask a white label vendor

Ask these before you pay, and get the answers in writing or on a pricing page you can link.

  1. Which plan unlocks my own domain, and which plan removes your name from pages?

  2. Does your name disappear from emails, sign-in pages and link previews, or only from the portal?

  3. Which address do notification emails come from until my sending domain is verified?

  4. How is the price counted: per user, per client, per active contact, per process or flat?

  5. What are the hard caps on client workspaces, storage and file size?

  6. What happens to my clients' branded pages if I downgrade or cancel?

  7. Can I move my domain later, and who has to change it?

  8. Where are files stored, and can I choose the region?

  9. Is there a mobile app, and is it branded with my name or yours?

  10. Who answers support questions, and on which plan?
