Trustpilot integration
Connect Trustpilot to a workspace by saving your BCC email, and disconnect it from the same card.
Use the Trustpilot integration to save your Trustpilot BCC email address in a Tarkle workspace. Once the address is saved, the Trustpilot card in that workspace's Integrations settings shows as connected. For the other tools on the same page, see Integrations: connect tools to Tarkle.
Each workspace has its own connection, so repeat the steps below for every workspace you want to connect.
Connect Trustpilot
Open Integrations in the workspace you want to connect.
Click the Trustpilot card in the reviews section. The dialog opens with the title Add Trustpilot.
Paste your unique Trustpilot BCC email address into the BCC email field.
Click Save.
If the field is empty when you click Save, Tarkle shows an error and does not save anything.
Change or disconnect the address
A connected card does not have an edit field. Its dialog shows the saved address on one line, next to a Disconnect button. Clicking Disconnect clears the saved address, and the card stops showing as connected.
To use a different address, click Disconnect first. Then click the Trustpilot card again, paste the new address into the field and click Save.
Who can connect Trustpilot
Only the account that owns the workspace can save or remove the BCC email. Other team members who try to save or disconnect get a Not authorized error.
The Trustpilot card does not need a paid plan. On the Integrations page, Slack is the only integration marked as needing an upgrade.
What happens next
After you save, the Trustpilot card shows as connected and keeps the address until you disconnect it. To connect another tool from the same page, see Slack integration or the other articles in the Integrations category.
