Integrations: connect tools to Tarkle
See where the Integrations tab is, which tools it lists, how each one connects and which plan Slack needs.
Tarkle connects your workspace to other tools from the Integrations tab in Settings. The tab lists analytics, Slack, email marketing, live chat, reviews, scheduling, publishing, file storage, AI assistants and Zapier, and shows which of them are already connected. Use it to find a tool and connect it to the workspace you have open.
Open the Integrations tab
Open Settings in your workspace and choose the Integrations tab, or go straight to Integrations. Only the workspace owner can open Settings, so other members cannot reach the Integrations tab.
Find a tool and read its card
The tab shows the tools connected to the workspace you have open. Each tool has a card with its logo, name and a short description. The button on the card reads Connect when the tool is not connected and Manage when it is.
Use the search box, which reads "Search integrations...", to find a tool by its name, its description or its group. A group with no match is hidden while you search.
If the tool you need is not in the list, click Request integration. Support opens with a request already written.
Tools in the list
The tools are grouped by type:
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Fathom, Plausible, Simple Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
Notifications: Slack.
Payments: Stripe, for paid transfers.
Email marketing: Loops and Mailchimp.
Live chat: Intercom, HubSpot Chat and Crisp.
Reviews: Trustpilot.
Scheduling: Cal.com and Calendly.
Publishing: WordPress.
Cloud storage: Dropbox and Google Drive.
AI: ChatGPT, Claude, SpaceXAI, Meta Muse and Perplexity.
Automation: Zapier.
Connect a tool
Most cards open a window for that tool. Fill in the details it asks for and save. Click Manage on a connected card to change its details or disconnect the tool.
Some cards work differently:
Slack sends you to Slack's authorization page to approve the connection.
WordPress opens the WordPress plugin page in a new tab.
Dropbox and Google Drive open your Account page, where you connect them for yourself. These connections belong to your account, not to the workspace.
ChatGPT, Claude, SpaceXAI, Meta Muse, Perplexity and Zapier do not connect from the card. Clicking Connect opens support with a request to turn that tool on for your workspace. To connect an AI assistant with an access token, read How to connect an AI assistant to Tarkle.
Plans and groups
Slack needs the Pro or Agency plan. On Free, the Slack card shows an Upgrade button instead of Connect. Agency includes everything in Pro. Billing belongs to your organization, so change the plan in Billing. How to upgrade your organization from Free to Pro explains how to move from Free to Pro, and the pricing page lists the plans.
Some tools exclude each other. Only one tool can be connected in each of these groups: Fathom, Plausible and Simple Analytics; Intercom, HubSpot Chat and Crisp; Loops and Mailchimp; Cal.com and Calendly. While one tool in a group is connected, the others in that group are faded and their buttons are disabled. Disconnect the connected tool to choose another. The other tools in the list are not in a group.
What happens next
After a tool is connected, its card shows Manage. Open the help article for that tool for the details it needs.
