How to create a branded video page with a Bunny Stream video
Paste a Bunny Stream player link into a video transfer and share the video on a Tarkle page.
If your video is hosted on Bunny Stream, you can share it on a Tarkle video page by pasting its player link into a video transfer.
When this is useful
Use this when your video is already on Bunny Stream and you want to share it on a Tarkle video page with a title and your workspace name. For a video you upload to Tarkle, read How to create a video transfer. For a YouTube video, read How to create a branded video page with a YouTube video.
Link formats Tarkle accepts
Tarkle plays a Bunny Stream video from a player link in one of these two forms:
https://player.mediadelivery.net/embed/LIBRARYID/VIDEOIDhttps://player.mediadelivery.net/play/LIBRARYID/VIDEOID
The library ID is a number. The video ID can contain letters, numbers and hyphens, and the link must start with https://. A link on another Bunny address, such as iframe.mediadelivery.net, is recognized as Bunny Stream, but the video page shows no player for it. Use the player link in one of the two forms above.
How to set it up
Copy the player link of your video from Bunny Stream. Use one of the two forms above.
Open the transfer window as described in How to create a video transfer and choose Videos. The window offers Files, Videos and Audio.
Open the Link tab and paste the player link. When Tarkle recognizes the link, it shows Detected: Bunny Stream under it.
Go to the next step and enter a title. The title names the page.
On the last step, choose who can open the page. To ask for a password, turn on password protection.
What your client sees
Share the link Tarkle creates. The video page opens at your workspace address, or at your custom domain when one is set. The browser tab shows the transfer title followed by your workspace name, and the video plays on the page. Each time someone opens the page, Tarkle counts a view on the transfer. For the layout of the page, read What is a video transfer page?.
If you turn on a password, the viewer enters it before the video loads. Members of your workspace are not asked for it. The viewer's side of a password is explained in How recipients open a password protected transfer.
After the expiry date, or when the transfer is disabled, the page shows a not-found page.
What happens next
Send the link to your client. When they open it, the video plays on your page with the title you entered.
